Email and Phone Extractor

Pull contact details from a page, and from the contact pages behind it.

All nine tools

Emails and phone numbers rarely sit on the page you are looking at. This tool reads the current page, then follows the links that usually hide them: contact, about, team, imprint, impressum.

It also reads the addresses written to dodge harvesters: assembled in JavaScript, spelled out as name at domain dot com, or hidden behind a mailto link with no visible text. Phone numbers come back in one consistent format, with the country code kept.

Screenshot coming with the tool. Nothing here is a drawing, so this space stays empty until the real capture exists.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Point it at a page or a list

A single company site, or a whole column of company addresses from a table you already built.

  2. Step 2

    Choose how deep it goes

Current page only, or one level into the pages whose link text or address suggests contact information. The depth is capped so a run cannot wander through the whole site.

  3. Step 3

    Let it collect

Each hit records where it was found, so you can see whether an address came from the footer or from the contact page.

  4. Step 4

    Clean and export

Deduplicate by domain, drop the generic boxes if you do not want them, and export to CSV or XLSX.

When to reach for it

  • Building a contact list from a directory that shows only company names and links.
  • Finding the current address for a company whose contact page moved.
  • Checking which of your own sites still expose an old address.

What it will not do

  • It reads what the page publishes. It does not guess addresses from a name pattern and it does not query any data broker.
  • Contact details behind a form or a captcha stay there.
  • Contact data about people is personal data, and the legal basis for holding it is yours. Of the nine tools this is the one where that matters most, so read the terms first.
