Who provides the service

Tabitha is provided by Creathink One Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. Contact: hello@creathink.one. By installing the extension or creating an account you accept these terms.

What you get

A Chrome extension with nine extraction tools, free and without an account. A paid Pro plan on top of it: an account that syncs tables and recipes, MCP access and export from the web app. Cloud runs are not switched on yet and are not sold yet. We may change or pause parts of the service, and the changelog records what changed.

Payment and subscription

Pro costs 54 USD a year. The price is net: Stripe calculates the tax for your country and shows the total before you pay. Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe.

The subscription renews once a year until you cancel it. You cancel it yourself in the billing portal, reachable from Settings and Billing in the app, and Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. When it ends, your synced tables stay readable and exportable, while sync and MCP switch off.

Your responsibility when you scrape

Tabitha is a tool. What you point it at is your decision and your risk. Before you run it, you are responsible for checking the terms of the site you are reading, its robots file, any contractual limit you agreed to, and the law that applies to you and to the data.

This matters most with personal data. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, profiles and anything else describing an identifiable person fall under GDPR when you are in the European Union or you process data about people who are. In that case you are the controller. You need a lawful basis before you collect, an information notice for the people in your table, a retention period, and a way to answer access, correction and deletion requests. Legitimate interest is a basis you have to document and balance, not a box you tick. Collecting an email address does not entitle you to send marketing to it, and separate rules apply to that.

We do not assess any of this for you and we cannot. If you use Tabitha to build a list of people, the responsibility for the legal basis, the notice and the deletion requests is yours.

What you may not do with it

• Break through technical protection: solving a captcha automatically, forging credentials or reusing a session that is not yours.
• Ignore a site that has told you to stop, in its terms, in a takedown notice or in a cease and desist.
• Collect special category data under Article 9 of GDPR, such as health, beliefs or sexual orientation, from any source.
• Collect data about children.
• Copy a database protected by database rights, or a body of copyrighted text, and republish it.
• Load a site hard enough to affect it. The politeness settings exist for that reason and turning them up is a decision you own.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for MCP tokens you create. A token can read every table in your account and start runs in your browser, so treat it as a password and revoke it when it is no longer needed. Tell us at hello@creathink.one if you think an account has been used by somebody else.

Availability and liability

The beta comes without an uptime commitment. The service is provided as it is, and we do not guarantee that any given site can be extracted, that a run finishes, or that a recipe still works after the site changes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or consequences of how you used the extracted data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Polish law, including liability for intentional harm.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the settings screen, which removes synced tables and recipes. Local data goes when you uninstall the extension. We may suspend an account that is used against these terms, and we will say why.

Law and disputes

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your country of residence and can bring a case in your own courts. Otherwise the courts of Warsaw are competent.

Changes to these terms

A change that affects you is announced in the changelog before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page moves. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
